Cold PIR, PUF, PUR Insulation

Surfaces such as pipes, equipment and tanks through which cold fluids pass are insulated with prefabricated materials such as PIR, PUF, PUR in order to prevent energy transfer from outside. Various vapor barriers such as liquid or laminated foil are used in the application. Glass wool material is wrapped over the vapor barrier application for protection. Then the insulation materials are covered with protective sheet metal such as PVC, aluminum, galvanized, stainless steel to provide protection.

Insulation works are implemented as specified in detailed engineering projects and specifications. The applications are documented and archived with quality control steps.
